Favilla guitar serial numbers

Just wondering if any of you guys know how to date it. This guitar was built in the USA, probably in the 1960's or possibly the late 1950's. Payment Shipping VINTAGE FAVILLA C-8 SOLO CLASSICAL ACOUSTIC GUITAR This item up for bid is a vintage Favilla Classical acoustic guitar model C-8 Solo, serial number 400483. If it has a serial number and no label inside it's from '53-57.

He told me if there wasn't a label or serial # inside, it was more than likely a '46-53 date.
